Yes, “types.” After all, you can’t address your clients’ needs without understanding the best approach to their unique skin type and needs. While the classic facial will be fine for some, others will have more particular needs.
VI Peel Chemical Peels
The VI Peel is not one, but five, distinct skincare treatments that are far more thorough than the traditional skin peel. Treatments can be customized for skin conditions ranging from acne to dark spots, hyperpigmentation, and uneven skin tone.
HydraFacial
Available at our Cedar Rapids location, HydraFacial does more than cleanse and exfoliate. Its unique technology creates a vortex effect that whisks away impurities and dead skin cells, unclogs pores, and hydrates your skin, all without the discomfort of an over-the-counter exfoliant.
Celluma Light Therapy
One of our clients’ favorite treatments is completely noninvasive.
Celluma Light Therapy is an FDA-cleared treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light that produce a process in the skin that’s similar to photosynthesis. It firms skin, reduces inflammation, and can greatly diminish wrinkles.
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)
Platelet-rich plasma, known as a plasma facial or facial rejuvenation, helps to promote skin healing from the inside out. Often used in conjunction with microneedling, it’s especially effective for skin conditions like rosacea or dark circles under the eyes.
